Cancellation Policy To ensure we can continue providing the highest level of service while respecting our team’s time, we kindly ask that all appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance. * Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 25% of the service cost. * Changes made within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% fee. * Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice may be charged up to 100% of the service cost. These policies help protect our stylists’ time, cover operational costs, and allow us to offer availability to other clients.
